RETURN

At AYLIMA, you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the shipping costs yourself and it is important that the product is not used before a return takes place, so the packaging must be unbroken. 

When your return has been received, it needs to be approved by AYLIMA, in the event of an invalid return, we will contact you via email.

When returning, you bear the risk for the product and it is therefore very important that the product is returned in an undamaged original packaging and that all possible accessories and manuals are also sent with it. Feel free to use the original box your order came in as outer packaging when returning. Pack your return well and send your package traceable - NOTE! Not recommended, not Schenker. 

Mark the return clearly with AYLIMA, add a note where your name and email address appear and send the package to:

Reimbursement of received and approved returns takes place within 30 days.

COMPLAINT

According to Swedish law, you as a consumer have the opportunity to complain about a product for up to 3 years after purchase, however within a reasonable time from the discovery of a fault. The right to complain applies to errors that can be derived from the production of the product and thus does not apply to normal wear and tear or aging of the product.

AYLIMA GROUP AB reserves the right to remedy the error in the first place, redelivery of the product in the second place and repurchase in the last place. In the event of a dispute, we follow the General Complaints Board's decision.
