Terms of purchase
Generally
All prices include value added tax applicable at the time of sale, currently 25%. To make a purchase on aylima.com, you must be over 18 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, according to the Parental Code, the guardian's consent is required. By placing an order on aylima.com, you agree to the currently published terms and conditions stated below and certify that the information you provide about yourself is correct.

Limitation of liability
We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product. We accept no responsibility for delays/errors as a result of circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, authority decision, reduced or non-existent delivery from the supplier. Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

Ordering
When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. Unclaimed packages
You must provide valid and accurate delivery information. If AYLIMA GROUP AB receives back a package that was sent to the wrong address or not picked up, it is up to you to pay new shipping. For orders that are not picked up, we charge a fee of SEK 250.

Promotions
It is not possible to combine any discount codes with other campaigns or offers, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 2-7 working days depending on the selected shipping option. Orders placed on weekends are shipped the following Monday at the earliest. If delays in delivery should occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact our customer service.

Prices
All prices on the website are stated in SEK and include VAT (unless otherwise specified or chosen by the user). We reserve the right to price changes due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.

Product information
We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as correctly as possible.

Damage
In the case of a broken or opened carton upon delivery, contact your delivery point immediately when you pick up the package. They have ready-made forms for reporting claims.

Dispute
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with our customer service and you, you as a customer can turn to the General Complaints Board. The General Claims Board has telephone number 08-508 860 00.

Outside the EU
When we start delivering outside the EU, any import VAT and customs duty is up to you to pay.

No order confirmation
Due to a technical error or other circumstances beyond AYLIMA's control, your order confirmation may be late or not available at all. If your order confirmation takes more than 30 minutes, please contact our customer service.

Change of Terms
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms will be posted online on the website. The changed terms and conditions are considered accepted in connection with ordering or visiting the website.

Complaint
We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations for e-commerce. Customer service must always be contacted via our contact form, e-mail (info@aylima) within a reasonable time. For more information see below. The complaint must be made via our contact form. Complaints about a broken product must be made within a reasonable time after the fault has been discovered, but no later than 1 year from the time of purchase. Please note that the broken product and packaging must be saved until the matter is resolved. If the product is not in stock or has expired, we will contact you before further processing. We normally handle complaint cases within 3-14 working days. In the event of an approved purchase complaint, we will refund the amount for your order within 30 days.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The product must be unbroken and unused, but by law you have the right to ensure its properties and functions. When using the right of withdrawal, we have the right to make a reduction in value in cases where the goods have been handled to a greater extent than necessary. Impairment is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Opened and/or used makeup products are not returned due to health and hygiene reasons. In case of approved cancellation of purchase, we will refund the amount for your order within 21 days.

Right of withdrawal When purchasing products on aylima.com, you as a customer have a 30-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received a product that you have ordered. You are responsible for checking that the delivery and the products are undamaged in connection with receiving the package.

You have 30 days of open purchase from the time you receive the package, provided that the product is returned unused in undamaged original packaging and in cases where the product is sealed, this must be unbroken. You can then choose whether you want to switch to another product or get your money back. If you wish to make an exchange, contact our customer service before sending in a return. Return processing takes about 1-3 weeks. Remember to save the receipt for your return and send it traceable so that we can reimburse you for the return even in cases where the package is lost during delivery.
