Removing hair in one way or another is something most people do, men and women alike. Some do it for practical reasons, others do it because they like the feeling or because they think it's nice.

There are several different types of treatments to get rid of unwanted hair growth, some more permanent than others. Going to a salon for permanent hair removal can be expensive in the long run as it requires multiple treatments to achieve optimal results.

Shaving or waxing is still the most common option, but can involve problems such as burning, razor bumps, itching, irritation or ingrown hairs. In addition, it takes some time as the hair grows out after days or weeks.

Hair removal with IPL

We see an increased interest in permanent hair removal using so-called IPL (intense pulsed light) and it can be done from home with the same long-lasting results you sheep at salon.

In-salon lasers remove hair using a monochromatic coherent light source. IPL, which can be used on its own, uses a broad-spectrum light source and gives the same results after a few more treatments.
