We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Aylima. Here you will find all the information about how to proceed if you want to return a product or if something did not turn out as expected.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, under the Distance Contracts Act (Distansköpslagen), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received your order. The right of withdrawal means that you can return the product without stating any specific reason.

Conditions for Right of Withdrawal

  • The product must be in unopened original condition and in its original packaging.
  • Since our products are hygiene items, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the product's seal has been broken. This is in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act (Chapter 2, Section 11, Point 5).
  • You are responsible for ensuring the product is not damaged during return shipping. We recommend using trackable shipping.

How to Make a Return

  1. Contact us at info@aylima.com within 14 days of receipt and notify us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. Please include your order number.
  2. You will receive a confirmation with the return address and instructions.
  3. Send the product back within 14 days of notifying us.
  4. Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 14 days.

Return Shipping for Withdrawal

In the case of withdrawal, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Complaints

If you have received a product that is defective, damaged, or does not match what was promised, you have the right to file a complaint. Under the Consumer Sales Act, you have a three-year right to complain from the date of purchase.

What Counts as a Complaint?

  • The product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
  • The product was damaged upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong product.

How to File a Complaint

  1. Contact us at info@aylima.com and describe the issue. Please attach photos if it concerns damage or a defect.
  2. Include your order number and date of purchase.
  3. We will assess your complaint and get back to you within 3 business days.
  4. If the complaint is approved, you will receive instructions for the return. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.
  5. You will primarily be offered a replacement product. If that is not possible, we will refund you to your original payment method.

Refunds

Refunds are always made to the payment method you used at the time of purchase. Processing time is normally 3–7 business days after we have received and approved your return. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days before the amount appears in your account.
