Returns and exchanges

Return Policy
Our return policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you made your purchase, we can not offer you a return or change of the product. To be entitled to a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be packed in unopened original packaging. This is because otherwise we can not guarantee that it has never been used.

If you have decided to return the item, please email us your order number and picture of the item in original packaging. After that, we will send you a delivery label that you can use to return the item.

Refund
Once the package has been returned and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the package. We will also notify you if your refund request has been approved or denied. If accepted, your refund will be processed and you will receive a refund to your card or the original payment method within 7 working days. The refund will be the entire product amount minus shipping costs back and forth, as well as an administration fee of 150 SEK

Deliveries
We have free shipping worldwide. Delivery time is usually 1-3 working days from placed order. We do our best to send your order within a day after the order is placed. Remember that it can take 1-2 days extra due to delays from the shipping company and / or if our warehouse has an unusually high order volume.

Change delivery address
Always double-check your address before completing an order. If you have happened to write the wrong address, contact us and we will solve it together. 

Track an order
As soon as your package is sent from our warehouse in Sweden, you will receive an email with a tracking link where you can follow your order and see when it is expected to arrive at your address / nearest delivery point. Note that the tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update. Do not forget to take a look at your spam because emails can sometimes end up there. If you have not received your tracking link within a few days after the order confirmation, you can contact us and we will help you track it.
