Orders placed in another person's name without their consent or otherwise will be reported to the authorities. AYLIMA has the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders. If a price is incorrect, this may force AYLIMA to cancel the purchase and refund the amount paid in the best possible way. This can be done at any time.
We reserve the right to cancel your order or part of it if the product is sold out. If a product is sold out, you will receive a notification about it, possibly together with information about what we can offer instead. You get the opportunity to accept our new offer with the changes we specify compared to your order, or cancel the order completely. Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel orders intended for resale.
Once we have received your order, we will send an electronic order confirmation to your e-mail address as confirmation of your purchase. Read the order confirmation carefully when you receive it, and check that the order confirmation matches the order. Deviations between your order and the order confirmation are considered a new offer from us, which you can accept or decline. If you have ordered more than one product, you may receive the products in separate shipments. It is important that you enter the correct email address when placing an order. We recommend that you save the order confirmation to facilitate any contact with our customer service. The order confirmation also serves as a guarantee for the purchase.
You can pay with either a credit or debit card. AYLIMA does not store credit card numbers.
PAYMENT BY CARD
Pay with your Visa, AMEX or MasterCard securely via the Internet. Your card details are sent directly to banks and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. AYLIMA does not charge any extra fees for card payments, but your bank and / or card provider may charge fees. When paying by credit or debit card, the general terms and conditions are required as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received after you have sent your order, AYLIMA may automatically cancel your order.
Discount codes must be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Attempting to add a promotional code after purchase will not be accepted.
All visa prices at www.aylima.com include vat required by law enforcement. If an order is sent to a delivery address outside the EU, vat will be removed at checkout.
Please note that if an order is sent to a delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes levied when the delivery reaches your delivery address.
You are responsible for the payment of these import duties and taxes. It should be noted that AYLIMA has no control over these fees and that these fees are different for different countries, AYLIMA can not predict their amount. AYLIMA advises you to contact your local customs office for more current information.
DELIVERY AND DELAY
The delivery of the products is stated on the order confirmation. We are responsible for the risk of the products until they are taken over by you, ie when you have received the products in your possession. If the delivery of the products is delayed, we will give you information as soon as we have knowledge of it as well as information about, and possibly when, delivery can take place, or if the product (s) is sold out. If the delivery is delayed and the customer no longer wants to stop transferring the order, it is the customer's responsibility to cancel the order. If the order has been sent, the customer must receive the order.
If the customer has ordered more than one product, the customer may receive products in separate shipments.
The warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the products themselves. To get a compensation covered by this guarantee, use our contact form on the page "Contact us". In the email the message you must provide with your full name, address, order number and detailed description of the problem. Finally, write "Warranty Case" as the subject of the email or letter.
Please note that repairs / replacements will be charged in the following cases, including during the warranty period:
Errors or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (slag, dents, crushing, crushed crystal, etc.)

After you have received the products, we recommend that you as soon as possible investigate the delivery corresponding to the order confirmation, if the products have been damaged during transport or if the products are otherwise faulty or defective.
If the products have faults or defects, you can, depending on the circumstances, demand that the fault will be fixed, demand a new delivery, price reduction, compensation or that the purchase should be canceled. The buyer can demand re-delivery or to have the product repaired if this can be done at an unreasonable cost to the seller. Reporting errors and defects in the products can be made to us orally or in writing. It must be done within a reasonable time after you have discovered or should have discovered the error or defect. However, you always have at least two months warranty period. For evidentiary reasons, we recommend that you send the complaint to us in writing. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Swedish law on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises gives you the right to cancel your purchase. The right of withdrawal presupposes that you notify AYLIMA no later than 14 days after you have received the delivery that you want to use the right of withdrawal, by emailing us your order number and a picture of the product in original packaging. After that, we will send you a delivery label that you can use to return the item.
In order to use the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned until we are in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be packed in unopened original packaging. The seller is entitled to compensation for e.g. depreciation due to the buyer having handled the product to a greater extent than necessary. All products must be returned to the seller within a reasonable time, no later than within 14 days of your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal. Any shipping cost for the return is paid by you.
Once the package has been returned and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the package. We will also notify you if your refund request has been approved or denied. If accepted, your refund will be processed and you will receive a refund to your card or the original payment method within 14 days of your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal. The refund will be the entire product amount minus shipping costs back and forth, as well as an administration fee of 150 SEK.
The biggest deciding factor for a successful treatment is to simply use it according to our manual, which is recommended, and for the recommended time period.
