DELIVERY AYLIMA is responsible for the shipping cost. The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days from placing the order. We will do our best to send your order within one day after the order is placed. Remember that it may take 1-2 extra days due to delays from the courier and/or if our warehouse experiences an unusually high order volume. CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS Always double-check your address before submitting an order. If you have written the wrong address, please contact us and we will sort it out together. SAVE AN ORDER When your package is shipped from our warehouse in Sweden, you will receive an email with a tracking link where you can follow your order and see when it is expected to arrive at your address / nearest delivery point. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours to update the tracking information. Don't forget to check your spam folder, as emails can sometimes end up there. If you haven't received your tracking link within a few days of order confirmation, please contact us and we will help you. RETURN POLICY We have a 14 day return policy. If 14 days have passed since you made your purchase, we cannot offer you a return or modification of the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be packaged in its original unopened packaging. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that it has never been used. If you decide to return the goods, please email us with your order number and a picture of the goods in the original packaging. Then we will send you a delivery label that you can use to return the goods. REFUND Once the package has been returned and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the package. We will also notify you if your request for a refund has been approved or rejected. If accepted, your refund will be processed and your card or original payment method will be refunded within 7 working days. The refund will be the full amount of the product minus shipping costs for delivery and return.
