DELIVERY AYLIMA stands for the shipping cost. The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days from the order placed. We do our best to ship your order within one day after the order is placed. Remember that it may take an extra 1-2 days due to delays from the shipping company and / or if our warehouse has an unusually high order volume.
CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESS Always double check your address before completing an order. Contact us if you have entered the wrong address and we will solve it together.
TRACK AN ORDER When your package is sent from our warehouse in Sweden, you will receive an email with a tracking link where you can follow your order and see when it is expected to arrive at your address / nearest delivery point. Please note that the tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update.
Don't forget to check your junk folder as emails can sometimes end up there. If you have not received your tracking link within a couple of days after the order confirmation, you can contact us and we will help you.
RETURN POLICY Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you made your purchase, we cannot offer you a return or change of the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be packed in unopened original packaging. This then we otherwise cannot guarantee that it has never been used.

REFUND Once the package has been returned and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the package. We will also notify you if your refund request has been approved or declined. About it accepted, your refund will be processed and you will be refunded to your card or original payment method within 7 working days. The refund will be the full product amount minus shipping costs to and fro.
